I built my craft through real kitchens
I learned my foundation in high school, and after graduating I worked under several high-end chefs with different culinary styles and backgrounds. That training pushed me to hone my craft and develop my own voice.
I focus on the feeling behind every bite
My kitchen philosophy is simple: I lead with love. I want you to taste dedication and creativity, but more than that, I want the meal to feel like an experience—not just food on a plate.

































Chef Jamar did a fantastic job! He was punctual and very attentive. He was well prepared and the service was quick but not rushed. The dishes were presented nicely and tasted even better! Clean up was fantastic as well. I would definitely recommend Chef Jamar and Take a Chef.
